BAND SEALING EQUIPMENT

High speed, conveyorized rotary band sealing services provided on two All Packaging Machinery Errich HCBS models. Continuous band sealing and vacuum trim sealing allows us to offer fast and cost effective contract packaging pricing.  The continuous band sealers will seal and trim polyethylene, polypropylene, tyvek, polymylar, nylon, polycoated paper and foils. Sealing assembly and conveyor speed up to 45 per minute.

A digital heavy duty temperature controller maintains temperature up to 500 degrees +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit to assure quality seals at all times. The chrome plated sealing bars, followed by cooling section maintains constant pressure during the sealing process assuring a 1/8”, ¼” or 3/8” wide quality hermetic seal throughout the sealing cycle. A trim feature follows the cooling section which provides a knife trim above the hermetic seal with scrap accumulator taking away the trimmed material.
